Sweetheart Night at Subway/TCBY

Tomorrow night, Tuesday, October 30, we will have another Sweetheart night at the Subway/TCBY at Mockingbird and Abrams from 3 pm to close.  Please tell them you are with the Woodrow Sweethearts and we will receive a percentage of the night's sales.  Tell your friends and family to come and support our girls!

The parent meeting scheduled for Monday night is at 6 pm, not 6:30.

Parent Meeting

There will be a Parent Meeting this Monday, Oct. 29 at 6:30 in Ms. King's portable to discuss fundraising for the Christmas Parade.

Woodrow vs. Bryan Adams

Come and support our Wildcats this Friday night, Oct. 19 at 7:30 as they take on the Bryan Adams Cougars.  And of course, halftime will feature another stellar performance by our awesome band and the award-winning Sweethearts.  The game is at the Forester Athletic Complex, 8233 Military Parkway

Information from Parent Meeting 10/15

Thanks to all the parents who attended the meeting Monday night.  The Sweethearts have been asked to participate in the nationally televised Children's Christmas Parade in downtown Dallas on December 1.  Each girl will need to raise between $300-$400 by November 15.  Sweethearts will be selling drinks and snacks after school, and each girl will sell chocolates to pay for her part of the expenses. There will be another meeting October 29 to discuss the parade and update our progress with the fundraising. We will confirm the date, place and time on the blog next week.
